Enrollment Procedures
Please contact Little Singer Community School at 928-686-6108 for assistance to enroll your student(s).
Required Documents for Enrollment:
- Proof of Required Immunizations (State of Arizona)
- Social Security Card
- Census Number or Certificate of Indian Blood
- Birth Certificate (Copy)
- Current Transcript/Report Card (Preferred)
Required Age for Enrollment: A child is eligible for admission if he/she is five (5) years of age prior to September 30th of the current school year.
